Shipping Information
Every piece of Francesca Serra Jewellery is carefully handcrafted using traditional jewellery-making techniques. Many of our pieces are made to order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Production Times
Estimated production times are:
- Ready-to-ship items: 2 to 5 working days
- Made-to-order pieces: 2 to 3 weeks
- Bespoke commissions: production time will be confirmed individually
Production times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked and insured delivery services.

Packaging
All jewellery is presented in Francesca Serra Jewellery branded packaging, suitable for gifting.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods transfers to you upon successful delivery to the delivery address specified in your order.
Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal providers, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the carrier.
