Is your jewellery handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in small batches or made to order using traditional jewellery-making methods.

What materials do you use?

We use carefully selected precious metals including sterling silver and solid gold. Material details are clearly stated on each product page.

Do you offer bespoke commissions?

How long will my order take?

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

Made-to-order pieces generally require 2 to 3 weeks for production.

Is the jewellery gift packaged?

Yes. Every order is presented in our signature jewellery packaging.

Can rings be resized?

Some designs may be resized, although charges may apply depending on the design and extent of adjustment required.

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure of your size.

Do you offer repairs?

At present, we do not offer a jewellery repair service.

If you experience an issue with your order or believe there may be a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item. We will review each case individually and advise on the most appropriate course of action.
