About Francesca Serra Jewellery

Jewellery with a bold, contemporary spirit, handmade with purpose in my Northamptonshire studio.

Francesca Serra Jewellery was born in 2026 from a desire to do something that felt truly mine.

After completing my Silver Diploma with the Jewellers Academy, I decided it was time for a career change — a chance to follow my passions for jewellery, art and making. With my daughter growing up, starting this business also became about building something she could see me achieve: taking a creative dream and turning it into a reality.

My journey is very much one of learning and growing. I’ve recently started the next stage of my jewellery education, undertaking the Fine Jewellery Diploma, building on the skills I developed during my Silver Diploma and continuing to develop my knowledge, craftsmanship and confidence as a jeweller. I love that there is always something new to learn and explore.

My jewellery is inspired by the textures and forms of the earth and sea, the beauty of nature, and the clean lines of geometric shapes. I’m drawn to pieces that feel bold, sculptural and contemporary, often exploring texture, form and contrast.

Silver is at the heart of my work, alongside mixed metals and the ancient technique of keum boo, where fine silver is combined with 24ct gold. I particularly love the abstract nature of keum boo — the way gold can become part of a design through shape, texture and contrast, rather than simply being an embellishment.

Every piece is handmade by me in my Northamptonshire studio. My collections include one-of-a-kind pieces and small collections, alongside an everyday-wear range designed to become part of your own story.

I care deeply about quality, longevity and responsible sourcing, and I believe jewellery should be made thoughtfully and worn for years to come. There is something special about knowing that a piece has been made by hand, rather than produced by the thousands.

Francesca Serra Jewellery is my creative journey — a new chapter built around the things I love, and a business I hope will continue to grow alongside my daughter.

Thank you for being here and for supporting my small, independent jewellery business.
